How can I set up an email service for a company with wireless network?
You don't need any special e-mail service. Get broadband DSL, enough wireless routers to accomodate the wireless computers, and your DSL company offers the e-mail. You need a gateway,(the DSL)on the host computer, for your network to work. Go to your local library, check out a book on Networking, there are several, and it all comes clear.
Reply:the easiest fastest cheapets way is to have them each sign up for a free account on

yahoo

msn

google

or one of the millions of other free email sites

if they/you want their own domain (i.e. doug@dougsplace.com) then thats a whole different story, but still pretty easy to do but NOT free

Reply:You will probably find the cheapest answer is to set up a SUSE Linux server dedicated to the purpose, you can also configure it to run database, windows domain and web services (including Webmail for remote access) among many others. With the cost of the software, even if you buy a dedicated machine to run it, will be far cheaper than buying most Windows based software.
