How do you get an email hack off your computer?

I found out my ex has an email hack on my computer and has been reading the emails. How do I get it off? It's a Windows XP and the email program is outlook. I don't know what hacking program he used, but can someone tell me how to get this invasion off? :(

2. Get gmail not outlook


3. Get Anti-virus(Avast is good)


4. go slap your ex and sue him for invasion of privacy

Reply:Is he reading ingoing and outgoing e-mails? If its just outgoing, he could have a keylogger on your computer. It is probably in your C:/Program Files. Try downloading AutoRun Eater and run a scan. It will find the logger and delete it.
Reply:Sounds like he has ui/pwd of your e-mail account. To prove this, change your pwd and see if he is still logging on to your e-mail account.
