How do I create an email with undisclosed recipients?

I would like to send an email where the recipients do not see who else received it, so that people's names are not disclosed. when I place the names in BCC yahoo still asks for a name to go in the 'TO' field.

if u have an alternative id , put that one in "to" and others in bcc
