How do I copy and paste graphics on my email messages (Yahoo email) saved on my computer ?

I noticed on the tools a copy and paste icons, but I do not know how to do it. My graphics are on "my pictures" saved on my computer.

Yahoo is a text based email which allows you to ATTACH graphics. Use the Attach feature to attach graphics you want to send.
