What do you use to track email opens- I use read notify?

I am using readnotify with an outlook plugin - I am looking for altnernatvies - do you use anthying today that leverages an outlook plugin to track your emails. I send out direct prospcecting letters and it helps to know if and when someone opened it!





Also, I heard that it does not work with outlook 2003?

Yes, it does not work with outlook. No version of outlook has that funciton.
