How do i find an email address of someone on Yahoo?

I used to be able to search on yahoo for email directory of people. But i think since then, the site has obviously been revamped and I cannot find where to search for the emails. Can anyone help? Thanks!

You can go to http://members.yahoo.com and try to find someone but everyone has the option to not be listed.
