How can I get my email after switching to yahoo?

I switched to yahoo mail; however I want too retrieve my old contacts and send out a message that the change was made. My old email was ****@bellsouth.net. The bellsouth.net is not in the recovery software provided by yahoo.

send this message via ur old email, as in via bellsouth. if u dnt have it download it again
