How can I forward an email without including names of previous recipients?

I get some email which has been forwarded sooo many times, the list of names is endless.

How can I forward an email without including names of previous recipients?
Click "Forward", the names will appear in the email, click and drag your mouse over the names and click "Delete". This will remove all of the names and email addresses.
